Thank you for visiting the J&J Rail Sales("J&J", we" or
"us") Web site (the "Site"). We know that you are concerned with the use
and privacy of any personal information that you provide on the
Internet. With this in mind, J&J Rail Sales provides this
Privacy Statement to highlight our policy with regard to the use and
privacy of information we may gather through your use of this Site. The
policies contained in this Privacy Statement are incorporated by

a J&J Rail Sales representative contact you, you will be
required to register with the J&J Rail Sales Site. In order
to register, you must provide certain personally identifiable

page that will request such information ("Contact Registration Page").
If you are unwilling to disclose this information in connection with
your registration, you will still be able to access those portions of
the Site available to non-registered users of the Site, but you may

2. Use of Personally Identifiable Information; Opting
Out.
J&J Rail Sales is the sole owner of the information
collected on this Site. We will provide required information as
necessary to those responsible for updating and maintaining the Site,
some of whom may be Third-Party providers. We will not sell or rent
this information to unassociated Third-Parties. We use the personally
identifiable information that you provide on your Contact Registration
Page to provide you with relevant or requested information or notices,
to improve our service, and for any other lawful purpose, except as
limited by this Policy. We do not, however, share personally
identifiable information with unassociated Third Parties without your
consent unless for some reason it becomes necessary to do so to comply
with applicable laws, valid service of process, or to enforce the
Terms of Use.
If you have indicated that you are interested in receiving general
or topical information such as contact information or press releases,
we may send you such information by email or regular mail. Even after
you have registered, you may later change your Contact Registration
information or choose not to receive requested information by sending
an email to railsales@jjrailsales.com.
Once we have received your request to remove your
profile/registration, an email confirming that you have been removed
will be sent to you ("Opting Out"). If you Opt Out, you will no longer
receive such information from us.
3. Protection of Personally Identifiable Information.
We do NOT make available to the general public or any non-provider
third party any personally identifiable information you provide to us
in connection with your registration on the Site. Notwithstanding the
foregoing, and unless otherwise noted herein, the transmission of
